Dimple's first film was Bobby 1973 at the age of 16. The film was a big hit and is still classed as one of bollywood yesteryears popular films. Soon after the film Rajesh Khanna married her, between them they have 2 daughters. Twinkle Khanna & Rinke Khanna. She married Prince Mansoor Ali Khan in 1969 the 9th and last Nawab of Pataudi (district in state Haryana) who was also a famous indian cricketer between 1961-1975.
